“Pakistan had extended full cooperation to India over investigation into Pathankot airbase attack,” claimed a foreign office spokesman.
In a weekly briefing in Islamabad earlier today, the Foreign Office spokesman Nafees Zakaria said, “Pakistan extended full cooperation to India over the Pathankot incident.”
Commenting on the Quadrilateral Coordination Group (QCG), Nafees Zakaria said, all the Afghan Taliban factions have been invited for direct negotiations with Kabul.
The Afghan government and Taliban representatives are expected to meet in Islamabad by the first week of March for their first direct talks since a previous round of the peace process broke down last year, officials said on Tuesday.
