A 2001 video of Diddy on “Late Night with Conan O’Brien” discussing his party tactics has resurfaced, stirring controversy on social media.
The video surfaced following Diddy’s recent federal charges for sex trafficking and other severe allegations linked to his infamous “Freak Off” parties.
Diddy, 54, is detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn and unable to secure bail.
In the contentious clip from his 2001 appearance with Conan O’Brien, Diddy detailed what he believed were essentials for hosting successful parties. He humorously noted the importance of having both “beautiful women” and “beautiful men” for guests, along with plenty of alcoholic beverages and water, emphasizing that the availability of water keeps women from leaving the party early.
However, the discussion took a controversial turn when Diddy suggested that locking the doors was a strategy to keep women at parties. Conan immediately responded, highlighting the potential danger of such actions, to which Diddy remarked, “It’s a little kinky.”

Another old video from 1998, featuring Diddy on the “Keenan Ivory Wayans” show alongside Mike Tyson, has also captured social media attention. The clip shows Tyson shifting Diddy’s hand away while speaking, prompting viewers to speculate about Tyson’s possible awareness of Diddy’s behaviour.
These clips have reignited discussions and drawn significant public and media scrutiny in light of the recent serious charges against Diddy.
