The Golden Globes’ Best Director and Best Picture winner, Steven Spielberg’s “The Fabelmans” is the favorite for Best Picture.
The Best Movie nominees include Martin McDonagh’s “The Banshees of Inisherin,” which won three Golden Globes, and Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert’s “Everything Everywhere All at Once,” which won two.
Best Actor nominees include Brendan Fraser (‘The Whale’), Austin Butler (‘Elvis’), and Colin Farrell (‘The Banshees of Inisherin’).
Cate Blanchett is the favorite for Best Actress for her role in “Tar,” but Margot Robbie (‘Babylon’) or Ana de Armas (‘Blonde’) could surprise.
After impressing, “All Quiet on the Western Front” and “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” could dominate nominations.
‘Top Gun: Maverick’ and ‘Avatar: The Way of Water,’ 2023’s highest-grossing films, may also receive nominations.
