Nixor College Dominates at PSSO National School Games

At the PSSO National School Games on Monday, the boys’ and girls’ basketball teams from Nixor College shone, clinching the under-17 and under-19 titles.

The event, which took place at the Muhammad Siddique Memon Scout Sports Complex, attracted 27 teams from diverse schools and colleges across Pakistan.

In the boys under-17 basketball competition, the Nixor O Levels team triumphed over Karachi Grammar School in a thrilling match, with Alpha School securing third place.

For the under-19 boys category, Nixor College narrowly defeated Karachi Grammar School, cheered on by a large audience. Cedar Gold and Whales College shared third place.

In the girls’ divisions, the Nixor O Levels team again outperformed Karachi Grammar School in a tight game. Alpha High School earned third place.

In the under-19 girls event, Nixor College excelled against Cedar College. The City School PAF Chapter and Karachi Grammar School tied for third.

Justice (Rtd) Hasan Feroze, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Karachi, was the chief guest at the closing ceremony.
