Nintendo will launch the Nintendo Switch 2 on June 5, 2025, a next-generation console that combines portable and home gaming with advanced features.

A highlight of the Nintendo Switch 2 is GameChat, a feature that redefines social gaming. Up to 12 players can voice chat during gameplay, while video chat supports groups of four.
