According to local news, at least nine people were killed due to industrial toxic chemical waste in Khan Razmk area of district Dera Ismail Khan.
The incident took place after a child accidentally fell into an open drain and family members jumped into the drain (which has Industrial waste) to rescue the child but the fumes of the chemical suffocated them all to death.
Chief Minister Khyber, Pervaiz Khattak has ordered the local authorities to investigate the tragic incident and take all those to task, who are responsible for this disaster.
