Nawab Laghari, former adviser in the Sindh government, returned home on Monday after remaining missing for months.
According to relatives Unidentified men left Laghari in a car near Sawan and his health has suffered during his disappearance.
A case for his recovery was underway at the Islamabad High Court.
Laghari was taken away by unidentified men in Islamabad in April. He was taken after his identity was confirmed by his national identity card.
