The National Aerospace Science and Technology Park (NASTP), a significant step towards national technological advancement, was unveiled at the Pakistan Air Force Nur Khan Base in Rawalpindi by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. Amid a warm reception and accompanied by high-ranking officials, Prime Minister Sharif hailed the NASTP as a national, strategic, and vital project to foster development and progress in Pakistan. NASTP’s Role in Economic Revival and Technological Advancement
Commending the Pakistan Air Force’s efforts, Prime Minister Sharif outlined the project’s capacity to boost Pakistan’s economy. He highlighted the state-of-the-art facilities, foreign investment opportunities, and the Aerospace Science and Technology Park’s potential to drive the country’s economic revival. The NASTP, backed by the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), will bolster the information technology sector. The park aims to foster innovation in aviation, space, cyber, and computing, contributing to Pakistan’s social, economic, technological, and scientific growth.
