The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) introduced flexible payment options for citizens on September 24, 2025.
The new methods allow easy fee submission after application approval, enhancing access to NADRA services nationwide.
Citizens can now pay application NADRA fees through multiple convenient channels:
- Cash payments directly at NADRA offices
- Mobile apps, including JazzCash and Easypaisa
- E-Sahulat outlets are located across local communities
- QR codes provided by NADRA staff, enabling instant, no-fee payments using mobile banking apps
These options are available nationwide, making the payment process simpler. For any issues, citizens can call NADRA’s helpline at 1777 or lodge complaints online at complaints.nadra.govt.pk or via the Pak ID mobile app.
Recently, NADRA updated the fee structure for the National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) in South Africa. NICOP provides vital access to services and benefits for overseas Pakistanis, with applications open to their family members abroad to maintain strong ties to Pakistan.
These new payment options make accessing NADRA services easier than ever. Digital tools such as QR codes enhance convenience, while NICOP updates support the growing diaspora community. NADRA’s efforts underscore a commitment to user-friendly access and streamlined service delivery.
