Karachi Rangers, in a statement, claimed that the Tanzeemi Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) organizes the militant wing.
According to the statement issued by the Ranger headquarters, MQM Tanzeemi people are voluntarily surrendering themselves into the Ranger’s custody.

Ranger’s statement also said all these people are being given unrestricted legal rights. Also, all the apprehended people are produced before the court at the earliest.
