A local court in Faisalabad sent the chairman of Move on Pakistan Muhammad Kamran to jail on 14-day judicial remand.
According to details, the hearing was conducted by regional magistrate Ahmed Raza during which investigation officer asked the court to extend physical remand of the culprit which was at once rejected by the judge.
The court has sent the accused to district jail in Faisalabad and adjourned the hearing
Muhammad Kamran was arrested over placing pro-martial law banners across the country.
Mohammad Kamran, facing cases of maligning Pakistan Army and spreading anarchy by placing the banners, was produced in the court of civil judge Amir Raza.
SHO of Kotwali Police Station informed the court that it does not need Kamran’s remand anymore. He also told the court that controversial posters were also recovered from his offices and accomplices’ are to be arrested.
