Faisalabad: District administration Faisalabad has launched action against two Trusts and served notices to eight Trust hospitals after it was disclosed that the plots allotted for welfare work are being used for commercial purposes.
In the first phase, investigation would be conducted into the land allotted to the Trust hospitals, using the welfare plots for commercial purposes.
Notices have been served to eight such hospitals while action has been launched against two others after it was revealed that 10 health facilities were using welfare plots for commercial purposes.
Mian Trust Hospital is also being used for commercial purposes and the facility’s administration has grabbed the land it was not allotted.
