Militants attacked a police check post in Darand area of Swabi on early Tuesday morning. Heavy arms were used in the attack.
Police force present at the check post retaliated the attack while reinforcement also reached the spot upon which that attackers escaped from the scene. Police have cordoned off the area and launched a search operation.
