Following a seven-year hiatus, the celebrated Pakistani actress Mehwish Hayat is returning to television, much to the excitement of her fans.

Mehwish Hayat, recognized for her varied roles in film and drama, is making a highly anticipated comeback.

Mehwish Hayat, known for her captivating performances, last appeared on television in the popular series Dil Lagi (2016) with Humayun Saeed. The series was a critical and commercial triumph, raising the bar for her return to TV. In 2019, she was honoured with the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz, Pakistan’s fourth-highest civilian award, recognizing her substantial impact on the entertainment industry.

Details of her upcoming drama remain confidential, but the initial trailer has already stirred significant interest. Produced by 7th Sky Entertainment, the series is touted to blend love, suspense, and mystery, providing Hayat with the perfect platform to display her acting skills in a complex role.

The drama boasts a lineup of renowned actors, including Ahsan Khan and Hira Mani, enhancing the show’s appeal. Directed by Siraj ul Haq and penned by Fatima Faizan and Amber Azhar, the drama is set to feature an array of talent including Usmaan Peerzada and Zainab Qayoom. The production is a mega project with high production values, expected to deliver a compelling viewing experience.
