Intelligence Agencies have traced the architect of the terrorist attack on a local court in Islamabad. Officials reported that the terrorist belongs to DI Khan. He allegedly bought the attackers and facilitated them for the court assault, adding that the attackers targeted the judge Rafaqat Awan on sectarian grounds. Intelligence agencies are also investigating the incident and cross-examining other connections of the terrorist. According to the forensic report, the attacker was also seen in Islamabad on the day of the court attack.
