A man was killed when a grenade blast occurred outside a medical college in Dera Ismail Khan on Monday.
According to police, unknown attackers threw a hand grenade near Gomal Medical College and fled from the venue.
Khurram Abbas a security guard deployed at the college was killed in the blast.Police have registered the case against unknown persons and started investigation.
