The Pakistan Coast Guards intercepted a significant shipment of high-quality hashish in Gwadar’s Jiwani area, Balochistan. Based on intelligence received, they confiscated 1,176 kilograms of hashish from a single-cabin vehicle involved in smuggling.
This operation led to the seizure of both the vehicle and the drugs, which have an estimated international market value of $19.62 million. Legal actions have been initiated against those implicated in the operation.
The Pakistan Coast Guards have reaffirmed their dedication to curbing drug trafficking and maintaining the region’s freedom from illegal activities. They committed to intensifying their efforts against drug smuggling in the future.
