The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has released the names of 47 Pakistanis rescued after a tragic boat incident near Greece last Sunday.

A spokesperson from the Foreign Office stated that early reports indicated these individuals were saved from capsized boats south of Crete Island. “One Pakistani national is confirmed deceased. At this stage, we cannot confirm the exact number of deceased or missing Pakistani nationals,” stated the spokesperson in a press release.
