LinkedIn is introducing several AI-powered features to enhance job searches and personalized learning for its users. These features, available only to Premium subscribers, were announced on Thursday and are being deployed globally.

One of the key innovations is the Jobseeker Coach, an AI chatbot that can identify suitable job opportunities from simple text prompts. For example, users can input requests like “Find me a job in cybersecurity within my network” or “Locate a UI/UX designer role in Bengaluru with a salary of at least Rs. 10 lakh a year,” and the AI will retrieve relevant job listings.

Additionally, LinkedIn is launching a resume and application review tool. This AI feature provides feedback and tailored advice to enhance users’ job applications. It also offers guidance for refining cover letters, with suggestions that users can review and edit as needed.

The platform further enhances its support with tools for professional advice and skill development. A new feature allows Premium users to receive personalized advice from business leaders and coaches, facilitated by AI bots trained by industry experts.

Moreover, a personalized coaching feature is being introduced to assist users in engaging with new courses on LinkedIn. This tool offers summaries, clarifications on specific topics, and real-time insights, enriching the learning experience.

While these features are currently available in English, LinkedIn plans to incorporate more enhancements based on user feedback. The rollout is ongoing, and it may take a few days for all users to see the new features.
