Lahore High Court (LHC) in its detailed judgment has declared Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s demands including resignation from the Prime Minister as unconstitutional.

The LHC in its 9-page judgment said four demands put forth by PTI chief Imran Khan are unconstitutional.

Khan before the start of his Azadi March had demanded that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif should resign while a non-political government should be installed, Election Commission of Pakistan and National Assembly should be dissolved.

The LHC declared all these demands as unlawful. The court set the next hearing date at Sept. 12, 2014.
