Netflix shared a first look at Gaga in her role on social media, saying, “A vision in venom. Meet Lady Gaga as Rosaline Rotwood.” The post showed the Grammy winner acting as the mysterious character, creating a lot of excitement among fans.
Adding to the excitement, Lady Gaga said her new song, “The Dead Dance,” will be part of Wednesday’s Season 2 and will be released on September 3, 2025. At Netflix and Spotify’s Wednesday Graveyard Gala on September 2, 2025, she said:

At the gala, Gaga thanked everyone for the chance to work on the series. “I loved working with Tim Burton and Jenna [Ortega]. Being part of Wednesday Season 2 was wonderful,” she said. She also joked about taking a “break from the Mayhem Ball” to join the event and meet fans.
