Kohistan: Addressing a rally in Kohistan, a remote district in KPK province, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan announced a raise in the salaries of the provincial police.
A large number of party supporters attended the rally amid high security.
Imran Khan, while addressing the public, said that the police in KPK province is no longer politicized. He also announced a raise in salaries of the police force.
The PTI chief said that his government will seek a halt in cutting of trees in the area.

He asked his party supporters to start preparing for the elections while terming the year 2015 as ‘year of elections’.
