Kim Kardashian is reportedly considering legal action to obtain full custody of her four children with Kanye West due to his recent public controversies.
According to various sources cited by Us Weekly on March 18, the 44-year-old reality star is encountering difficulties co-parenting due to West’s unpredictable behaviour.
Kardashian and West finalized their divorce in November 2022 and share four children: North (11), Saint (8), Chicago (6), and Psalm (5). An insider revealed that Kardashian prioritizes her children’s well-being amid ongoing difficulties.
A source told Us Weekly, “She is in a very tough position when she has to co-parent with him.” Kardashian is reportedly concerned about how West’s public behaviour and online actions could negatively impact their children.

West, who has faced backlash for past antisemitic remarks, recently reignited controversy by including North’s vocals in a song with Sean “Diddy” Combs, a disgraced music mogul. The track, titled Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine, allegedly prompted Kardashian to take legal steps to protect her daughter.
Text messages purportedly exchanged between Kardashian and West, shared by TMZ, suggest that Kardashian sent legal paperwork to prevent the song’s release, arguing that North’s trademarked name should not be used. West reportedly responded, “And neither of us will recover from the public fallout. You’re going to have to kill me.”
