Military air strikes in Khyber Agency killed at least 19 militants in Khyber Agency early morning today.
The Inter Services Public Relations, military’s public affairs wing, has confirmed the air strikes by security forces.
The statement said militants’ den of weapons was also destroyed in the attack.
The fighter jets targeted five militant hideouts in the volatile region. Those militants in the attack also include key commanders.
“Strikes were carried out on intelligence about presence of terrorists involved in Wahga border suicide attack,” said the ISPR statement.
