Karan Johar recently shared a lighthearted Instagram story from the viewpoint of Botox.
In the note, he humorously stated that maintaining inner peace requires significant effort, whereas achieving Botox’s effects is just a prick away. He joked, “Dear Inner Peace, please don’t try and overtake my empire… you need a lot of work to achieve… mine is a prick away… so stay in your lane! Artificially yours, Botox!”
Karan Johar addressed speculations about his significant weight loss in October of the previous year. Via a post on X (formerly Twitter), he clarified that his slimmer appearance was due to a healthy lifestyle, not the drug Ozempic.

The response came after an X user referenced a comment from Maheep Kapoor on the Netflix show “Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives,” criticizing those who use Ozempic for weight loss, which can lead to shortages for diabetic patients needing the medication. Karan’s post emphasized his commitment to health and nutrition, playfully dismissing the notion that Ozempic was to thank.
On the professional front, Karan Johar announced his next project, a romantic comedy entitled “Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri,” directed by Sameer Vidwans and starring Kartik Aaryan. He shared a teaser on Instagram, describing the film as the perfect Christmas gift and announcing its release in 2026.
