Karachi Traffic Police closed roads to US Consulate for security reasons

Karachi’s Traffic Police on Sunday closed the roads leading up to the United States Consulate for security reasons

According to details, Karachi Traffic police has closed Mai Kolachi and Moulvi Tamizuddin Khan for security reasons.

On Karachi Traffic Police’s official Twitter account, the citizens have been advised to take alternative routes for reaching their destinations.

The decision to close the roads have been take in the wake of protests against US President Donald Trump’s move to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.

It is pertinent to mention that US State Department, in its latest travel advisory, has advised its citizens to avoid all non-essential visits to Pakistan.
