At least four suspected criminals were killed and one injured near Sohrab Goth, Super Highway in wee hours of Thursday.
Police and other law enforcement agencies conducted a raid at compound near Gani Mandi, Super Highway on a tip-off regarding presence of criminals.
As law enforcers reached the terrorists’ compound, a blast also occurred in it, resulting deaths of at least two terrorists. The criminals also opened fire at a police party.
SSP Rao Anwar said two of the criminals belonged to banned terrorist organization. Huge cache of weapons, grenades and bullets were recovered from the bullets.
