In the Karsaz Road area near Kingri House, Karachi, a high-speed car collision killed two individuals, a father and daughter riding a motorcycle. Several others sustained injuries and were transported to Jinnah Hospital.
According to sources, the tragic accident occurred due to the speeding of a female driver who lost control of her vehicle and attempted to flee the scene. Angry bystanders managed to apprehend her.
Rangers and police promptly arrived and detained Natasha Danish, the female driver, and another woman in the car into custody. They protected them from the enraged crowd and transported them to the police station. Eyewitnesses reported that the speeding jeep was crushing motorcycles as it sped by, leading to the deaths of Imran Arif and Amina.
SHO Muhammad Naeem of Bahadurabad Police Station identified Natasha Danish as the driver responsible for the accident. She is reportedly the wife of renowned industrialist Danish Iqbal. The vehicle involved is registered under a private company’s name, and the police are interrogating the women in custody.
Sources also mentioned that Natasha Danish stated in her statement that she had just left her home in KDA Scheme One when her vehicle went out of control. The accident resulted in 7 injuries and 2 deaths. Police have found that Natasha Danish, who holds a British driving license, is currently under mental stress.
