Lauren Pisciotta, a former assistant of Kanye West, has filed a lawsuit against the rapper for sexual harassment and wrongful termination, bringing to light her challenges while working closely with West.
Pisciotta, who is also a social media personality and fitness model, alleges that during her employment, West spoke extensively and inappropriately about his sex life. He also reportedly instructed her to organize transportation for orgies at his properties and made explicit comments about desiring sexual relations with his assistants. Disturbingly, she claims that he masturbated during phone calls with her and once confined her in a room where he touched himself before falling asleep.
Originally hired as an assistant, Pisciotta was later promoted to Chief of Staff in 2022 with a salary of $4 million. However, she contends that she was dismissed a month after receiving this promotion and was denied $3 million in severance pay. She launched clothing lines for West’s Yeezy brand during her tenure and contributed to a few songs on his 2021 Donda album.
West has denied these allegations, asserting that Pisciotta tried to initiate a sexual relationship with him, which he rejected. His legal team argues that her termination was due to her being unqualified for the position.
Currently 47 years old and formerly married to Kim Kardashian, West plans to sue his ex-employee, although, according to PageSix.com, no legal filings have been made yet.
Aside from her work with West, Pisciotta is known for managing pop singer Niykee Heaton and for her substantial presence on social media platforms like Instagram. She has a large following and has also been active on OnlyFans, earning approximately a million dollars annually from adult content subscriptions. West allegedly asked her to cease her activities on OnlyFans to maintain a “godlike” image while employed by him, promising to compensate for the loss of income, a promise Pisciotta claims was never fulfilled.
