Justin Baldoni is set to launch a robust countersue against Blake Lively, armed with “explosive” evidence after she accused him of sexual harassment during the filming of It Ends with Us. Lively alleged the harassment was so severe that it necessitated intervention.
Baldoni has previously acknowledged a troubled past with pornography. He is accused in an 80-page complaint filed in New York of making inappropriate remarks, requesting nude scenes not in the script, and entering Lively’s trailer uninvited.
Further, he allegedly made unwelcome physical contact and discussed sexual experiences in her presence, leading Lively to demand measures for her emotional and physical safety on set.

His attorney refutes the allegations, labelling them manipulative. Baldoni is now preparing to counter-sue Lively, asserting that she launched a smear campaign to tarnish his image.

Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, plans to file the motion after the New Year when courts reopen. He contends Lively manipulated the situation to enhance her public image amid negative press during the film’s promotional period, coinciding with Deadpool and Wolverine’s release.
Freedman expressed his shock at the unethical behaviour allegedly driven by media manipulation, comparing it to high-profile media controversies involving NBC, Megyn Kelly, and Gabrielle Union.

Compounding Baldoni’s challenges, after his dismissal by the WME agency amid these allegations, he faces accusations from Leslie Sloane of Vision PR, who represents both Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds. Sloane denies initiating stories about HR complaints and tracing them back to the original complaint against Baldoni.
She stated that her responses to press inquiries about HR issues were directed to Wayfarer or Sony for clarification, dismissing claims she was involved in spreading the allegations.
