Justice (retd) Kazim Ali Malik accused Federal Minister for Information Pervaiz Rashid of making life threats over the verdict of NA-122 case.

Justice (retd) Kazim Ali Malik while talking Samaa news’s programme “Nadeem Malik live”said “I will not spare Pervaiz Rashid at any cost and pursue the matter legally,”

Justice (retd) Kazim rejecting Pervaiz for being biased, “I have never accepted the governments’ unlawful dictations,”

To a query, he said that the supplementary report submitted by the NADRA boss was unnecessary.

It is pertinent to mention here that the Election Tribunal, led by Justice Malik, had declared null and void the elections in NA-122 on the petition filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan.

The tribunal also ordered re-elections in the constituency.

Rashid criticized the verdict, describing it a ‘biased decision’.

“The tribunal mentions irregularities and malpractice but these are on the part of Election Commission, Ayyaz Sadiq has nothing to do with these administrative irregularities, injustice is meted out to him… The biasness overcame the justice,” he said
