A senior journalist Aftab Alam was murdered in cold blood by unidentified assailants in Karachi earlier today.
According to police and rescue sources, Aftab Alam was targeted outside his residence in North Karachi, 11-C area, Karachi.
He was shot in the head and to succumb to his injuries while in transit to hospital.
Last night, Geo News satellite engineer was killed when its Digital Satellite News Gathering (DSNG) van came under attack by unidentified gunmen in Karachi’s upscale area of Bahadurabad.
