Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces ongoing federal charges, including racketeering, sex trafficking, and human trafficking, as he awaits his trial scheduled for May 2025 at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
A new lawsuit emerged on Monday, accusing Sean Combs of serious misconduct for two decades. Filed in a New York court, the complaint details allegations by a woman, who was a teenager and a nanny at the time, claiming Combs drugged and raped her after persuading her to enter his car.
The plaintiff recounts an encounter from August or September 2000, where she met Combs, then in a relationship with a prominent celebrity, in his car alongside two other men. After hesitantly accepting a ride home, she found the journey did not lead to her residence.

According to the lawsuit, Combs offered her a drink to “calm her down,” which left her incapacitated, leading to an alleged rape. The two men subsequently abandoned her in her building’s lobby.
In response to the allegations, Combs’ legal representatives firmly denied all accusations, stating, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, that will not change the fact that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or sexually trafficked anyone, male or female, adult or minor.” They emphasized the ease of making legal claims without substantive backing.
As Sean Combs prepares for his trial, the hip-hop mogul’s legal challenges continue to mount, casting a shadow over his extensive career in the music industry.
