On June 3, 2025, Jazz, Pakistan’s leading digital operator, strengthened its strategic partnership with Qvantel, a global Digital BSS provider, by launching new operations, services, and support centres in Islamabad and Lahore.
As announced in a press release, the Jazz Qvantel partnership aims to enhance Jazz’s digital infrastructure for over 73 million mobile subscribers.
The collaboration utilises Jazz’s Garaj cloud platform for secure and scalable hosting, allowing Qvantel to provide localised expertise and managed services. Jazz’s CTO, Khalid Shehzad, highlighted the partnership’s significance in transforming Jazz into a digital-first ServiceCo. Qvantel’s Tero Kivisaari commended Jazz as a model for digital innovation, stating, “This is about building Pakistan’s digital future.”
The new digital centres in Pakistan promote Jazz’s vision of personalised services, leveraging Qvantel’s backend expertise for a more agile infrastructure. This partnership encourages inclusive growth by harnessing Pakistan’s tech talent, in line with the country’s digital aspirations.
Jazz’s shift from a telecom operator to a platform-based ServiceCo, supported by Qvantel BSS services and the Garaj cloud platform, positions it as a digital leader. The centres enhance service delivery amid Pakistan’s 4.2% growth target for 2025-26. This follows Jazz’s earlier tech investments, like 4G expansion, reinforcing its role in Pakistan’s digital ecosystem.
The Jazz Qvantel partnership drives Pakistan’s digital transformation, improving connectivity and services for millions. By advancing Jazz’s digital infrastructure, the collaboration sets a benchmark for tech-driven growth, drawing global attention to Pakistan’s evolving digital landscape in 2025.
