The barbarians who hit the APS Peshawar (Army Public School) thought they would demoralize the nation by murdering children. But they have succeeded only in strengthening our resolve.
The school reopened this Monday and the steely smiles of the returning children bore mute testimony to their unflinching courage.
The ISPR video called ‘Welcome back to school’ showcases the students getting ready for school and filling the same auditorium of APS Peshawar which was bathed in the blood of the school’s students on 16 December. It ends on a high note with a teacher welcoming them back to the same (now refurbished) auditorium which was the scene of the terrible massacre.
