The political jirgah expressed grief over the postponement of the visit of the Chinese President Xi Jinping.
Talking to media Pakistan People’s Party lawmaker, Rehman Malik stressed on the need of vacating Islamabad from all the protesters.
Malik also expressed his disgruntlement over the situation inside the Parliament. He added that the jirgah of opposition parties, has worked really hard in ending the deadlock between the government and the protesting parties.
On this occasion, PTI Vice President, Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that the PTI sit-in will not become a hurdle in the way of Chinese President’s visit.
He said that President Xi Jinping will be warmly welcomed upon his arrival in Pakistan, on official as well as public level.
Chief of Jamat e Islami (JI), Sirajul Haq said that the opposition jirgah is trying to scale down the political temperature in Islamabad and the crisis will soon be resolved.
Another round of talks between the government and the PTI has begun at the residence of PTI leader, Jehangir Tareen.
