Law enforcement agencies (LEAs) arrested six terrorists including an Al-Qaeda and Islamic State (IS) operations commander in Balochistan district of Nushki.
According to details, LEAs carried out a raid in Nushki and arrested six terrorists including the commander of Islamic State – Balochistan chapter.
Home Minister Sarfraz Bugti said that large number of weapons and explosives were recovered in the raid which included seven kalashnikovs, 40 hand grenades, bullets and explosive equipment.
“An Islamic State flag, Jihadi literature, laptop and wireless sets were also seized in the operation,” Bugti said.
The Daesh commander has confessed that he joined Al-Qaeda in 2012 and underwent training in Afghanistan and Syria.
