Apple reportedly plans to launch the iPad 11, its entry-level tablet, early next year alongside the public release of the iPadOS 18.3 update.
A report from 9to5Mac suggests that Apple might introduce the iPad 11 in late January 2025. This contrasts with earlier claims from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, who predicted a March 2025 launch. The timing of this launch aligns with Apple’s recent release of the first iPadOS 18.3 beta to developers.
While details remain scarce, the iPad 11 may feature Apple’s in-house modem, which can support Wi-Fi and 5G connectivity. Some sources speculate the tablet could also include the A17 Pro chipset, which powers other high-end Apple devices.

The iPad 11 may also include Apple Intelligence features, first introduced in December. However, a separate report indicated that a prototype featuring the A14 chipset—used in the current iPad 10—was likely designed to test Apple’s new modem and will not be part of the final product.
