Inter Miami CF is preparing to usher in a new era as construction advances on its long-awaited home, Miami Freedom Park, ahead of the 2026 Major League Soccer season.
With the new campaign approaching, optimism is running high at the club. Fresh off MLS Cup success, Inter Miami is set to move on from Chase Stadium. They will begin a new chapter at a purpose-built venue designed to reflect the club’s growing stature.
Club co-owner David Beckham visited the construction site on Friday and shared a first-hand look at the project’s progress. Posting images from the stadium on social media, Beckham expressed excitement over how quickly the vision is becoming reality.
“Miami Freedom Park… very soon,” Beckham wrote on Instagram. “I took a quick trip to check out the progress of our new home and can’t believe how amazing it looks. I had to be the first to kick a ball here.”

The wider 131-acre development serves as a civic destination, featuring offices, hotels, retail outlets, restaurants, and entertainment attractions, as well as a large public park. More than 58 acres dedicate to green space, including youth sports fields, recreational areas, and zones for concerts and major public events. City leaders describe the project as a cultural hub that celebrates Miami’s identity while remaining accessible to the broader community.
