Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, has presented what he described as “irrefutable” evidence of Indian-sponsored terrorism within Pakistan.
DG ISPR addressing a press conference in Rawalpindi, he detailed how Indian army officers are orchestrating cross-border terrorist activities, supplying explosives, and directing attacks targeting both civilians and security personnel.
Lt Gen Chaudhry stated that, despite India’s recent allegations against Pakistan following the Pahalgam attack, New Delhi has failed to provide any evidence to support its claims. “Seven days have passed since the Pahalgam incident, and so far, India has not presented evidence for its baseless allegations,” he emphasised.

The ISPR chief revealed that Indian handlers are operating a terror network inside Pakistan, providing improvised explosive devices (IEDs), drones, and financial support to militants. He cited the recent arrest of a Pakistani citizen, allegedly trained and funded by India, who was apprehended near Jhelum on April 25 with an IED, mobile phones, and cash. Further searches uncovered an Indian-origin drone and additional funds at the suspect’s residence. Forensic analysis confirmed the involvement of Indian army officers, including Major Sandeep Verma, Subedar Sukhwinder, Havildar Amit, and others.
Lt Gen Chaudhry also disclosed intercepted communications and videos from Indian handlers instructing militants on bomb-making. He asserted that these actions are part of a broader pattern of state-sponsored terrorism, with Indian handlers directing attacks to maximise civilian casualties and portray Pakistan negatively on the international stage.
He called on the international community to take notice of India’s activities, emphasising that the evidence presented is verifiable by any credible independent agency. The ISPR chief reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to exposing cross-border terrorism and safeguarding national security.
