Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan set free yet another batch of four falcons in Peshawar earlier yesterday.
Earlier on Nov 3, he had released 10 falcons worth millions of rupees. The falcons were rescued while being smuggled from Bannu to Karachi.
Mr Khan was informed by officials of the provincial forest department that 10 forests as big as the Changa Manga forest would be developed in different parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
He visited Chandan Ghari on the outskirts of Peshawar.
According to the officials, 100m saplings had been planted across the province so far. The forest department hopes to achieve the target of one billion trees by 2017.
