Dawn news anchorperson and former British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) weather girl Reham Khan said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan proposed to her to tie and ‘she was so impressed by him that she could not refuse his proposal’.
She expressed these views on a telephone call to the media.
Imran Khan and Reham Khan tied the knot in Imran Khan’s Bani Gala residence. She said that ‘ (Imran) Khan is a very good human being. The man that people know as a politician, Khan is entirely a different human being in personal life’, she added. She also said that PTI chairman has shouldered his responsibilities exceptionally well as a father of his two sons .
Reham Khan said that the couple has decided to keep politics and journalism out of their personal lives. It is not less than a challenge to play good parental role to children, she added.
It should be noted here that this is Reham Khan’s first official interview after her marriage with Imran Khan.
