Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan today met with the New Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal and discussed issues of mutual interest.
According to the Indian media, both the leaders discussed corruption and graft issues in the political realm, while the PTI chief also invited Kejriwal to visit Pakistan.
Earlier, Imran Khan was honoured by the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) along with Wasim Akmran, Waqar Younis, Sachin Tendulkar, Sunil Gavaskar and Virender Sehwag at the Eden Gardens ahead of Pakistan-India clash yesterday, traveled to New Delhi and met the chief minister.
In a message on Twitter, Kejriwal confirmed his meeting with the Imran Khan
Kejriwal was elected as Delhi’s chief minister after his Aam Aadmi Party won 67 out of 70 seats and picked up 54% of the total vote share in February 2015.
