Tasneem Haider Shah, the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) London chapter’s spokesperson, alleged the assassination plots against Imran Khan and Arshad Sharif were plotted in the presence of Nawaz Sharif in London.
Tasneem Haider Shah leveled severe allegations against top leadership and alleged murder plans against former premier Imran Khan and killed senior journalist Arshad Sharif were hatched in London.
He said he met thrice with PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif in Hussain Nawaz’s London office.
Tasneem Haider Shah said that Since 1998, he had been a PML-N member.
Referring to his meetings, he said that he was summoned to plan the assassination of Imran Khan and Arshad Sharif. The first meeting was July 8, the second was September 20, and the third was October 29.
Talking about the motive behind the assassination plan, he said before appointing a new army chief; he was urged to kill Arshad Sharif and Imran Khan.
He said that Nasir Butt introduced him to Nawaz Sharif as the facilitator who would arrange for shooters, and Nawaz Sharif allegedly directly requested him for shooters. He added that Sharif intended to kill Imran Khan in Wazirabad and accuse the Punjab government.
After my rejection, I was told that they had arranged shooters for the task. I have pictures of the meetings and informed the British police about the conspiracy.
Shah claimed that he was ready to record his testimony before the investigation institutions of Pakistan. He added that Nawaz Sharif had asked him to start working on the plan after Maryam Nawaz reached London.
Only Nawaz Sharif and Nasir Butt were present in two out of three meetings.”
