Imran Khan, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has declared a definitive halt to negotiations with the ruling party, including the establishment.
While talking to a journalist at Adial Jail, Khan stated, “From today, I am closing all doors to negotiations.” He affirmed his position during a series of strong statements that reflected escalating tensions between his party and governmental authorities.
Addressing the media, Khan said, “We will not negotiate with anyone, including the establishment.” He also commented on the high-profile Arshad Sharif murder case, supporting an open trial: “Faisal Vawda is his mouthpiece. Fine, you can have an open trial for the Arshad Sharif murder case.”
Khan criticized party members who apologized for Ali Amin Gandapur’s controversial statement, labelling them cowards and asserting they have no place in PTI. “Those apologizing for Ali Amin Gandapur’s statement are cowards and should not be in the party,” he declared.
