Imran Khan 15% vision right eye was revealed in a medical report submitted to the Supreme Court, detailing a significant loss of eyesight and concerns over delayed treatment.
Barrister Salman Safdar, appointed as “friend of the court,” presented the report after meeting the jailed PTI founder. According to the submission, Imran Khan stated that until October 2025, he had normal 6×6 vision in both eyes.
However, he later began experiencing persistent blurred and hazy vision. He said he repeatedly informed the then Jail Superintendent about the issue, but no effective action was taken.
Imran Khan 15% Vision Right Eye After Blood Clot Diagnosis
The report states that Imran Khan eventually suffered a sudden and complete loss of vision in his right eye. An ophthalmologist from PIMS, Dr Muhammad Arif, examined him and diagnosed a blood clot that caused serious damage.
Although treatment was administered, including an injection, the PTI founder reportedly now retains only 15% vision in his right eye.

Throughout the meeting, the former prime minister’s eyes were reportedly watery, and he frequently used tissues, indicating physical discomfort.
According to the report, Imran Khan said that for nearly three months, he was treated only with eye drops. He claimed that this approach did not improve his condition and ultimately led to major impairment in his right eye.
The report itself mentions rapid vision loss, visible distress, lack of full medical transparency, and restricted independent access. These aren’t social media claims. They are documented concerns.

He further stated that his personal physicians, Dr Faisal Sultan and Dr Asim Yusuf, had previously been allowed to consult him. However, subsequent requests for medical consultations were allegedly ignored.
The report also mentioned additional health concerns. Imran Khan, 73, said he requires regular blood tests, but none were conducted. He also claimed that despite repeated requests, no dental consultation had been provided over the past two years.
Barrister Safdar’s report presented these concerns before the Supreme Court as part of the ongoing proceedings.
While the legal process continues, the medical details shared in court have drawn public attention to the PTI founder’s health condition and the adequacy of medical care during incarceration.
