Donald Trump, the former president, expressed a deepened faith after surviving an assassination attempt during a Pennsylvania rally last month. Trump, left with a bloodied ear, shared these reflections during a live chat with X owner Elon Musk, drawing over a million listeners.

He recounted the harrowing moment: “I knew immediately it was a bullet aimed at my ear,” emphasizing the life-saving twist of fate as he turned his head just enough to escape greater harm. “For those who doubt, this might make you reconsider,” Trump suggested, attributing his survival to divine intervention.

Thomas Matthew Crooks, the assailant, injured two attendees and killed another before being neutralized by the Secret Service. Meanwhile, Musk disclosed a cyberattack disrupted the platform, formerly Twitter, saying, “There appears to be a massive DDOS attack on X. Working on shutting it down.”
