After failing bowling action test, International Cricket Council (ICC) on Friday banned the Pakistan all-rounder Muhammad Hafeez for one year.

Hafeez was asked for a bowling test for suspicious bowling action during the first Test against Sri Lanka by the on-field umpires.

Hafeez appeared for bowling test in Chennai last week.
