The drama that altered the course of Pakistan’s entertainment industry,Humsafar, is all set to premiere on India’s Zindagi TV tonight at 8pm.
The show marks the debut of the vivacious Mahira Khan on Zindagi TV.
Speaking to Times of India Mahira said, “This was my first show and it has been life altering for me. I am looking forward to its launch in India.”
Humsafar also marks the return of Fawad Khan on Zindagi. His previous show,Zindagi Gulzar Hai was lauded by the Indian audience.
“This show is very close to my heart. It explores the relationship of a husband and wife and I am very close to my humsafar — my wife, Sadaf,” Fawad told Times of India. “After receiving all the love that audiences in India have showered on Zaroon of Zindagi Gulzar Hai, I hope to live up to their expectations as Asher.”
