Hezbollah reported that it targeted Israeli military sites in northern Israel and the Golan Heights with Katyusha rockets.
According to Al Jazeera, Hezbollah launched attacks on military barracks in the Ramot Naftali area and artillery sites in the Golan Heights, claiming both strikes were direct hits.
On the same night, the group also deployed drones and 50 rockets toward Israel. The BBC noted that this assault resulted in damage to two homes and one injury in the Golan Heights.
In a related development, Israel’s outgoing head of military intelligence, Major General Aharon Haliva, acknowledged shortcomings in border defence during his resignation ceremony.
